Oak Smoked Cheddar is a wonderfully flavored mature Cheddar, aged for 12-15 months. Each wheel is specially selected to be naturally smoked for 3-4 hours over oak chips from the farm’s woodlands. The wheels are then cut into pieces, allowing the natural smoky flavor to be infused throughout. Handmade by the farmers located in the Cheddar Mecca of Devon, this cheese is deep, round, full-bodied and buttery with a mist of smoke - an utterly divine cheese!
